Key Responsibilities Handles day-to-day requests and performs mid-level troubleshooting Plans and executes customization for software upgrades and supports operating system upgrades Develops automation code and assists team members on projects, including migrations and console design Required Qualifications 10 years of related experience, with at least 5 years in Automation Experience with z/OS Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Ability to provide 24 x 7 on-call support as needed Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR requirements
