Managed Voice Representative
A company is looking for a Managed Voice Representative to support and manage voice services.
Key Responsibilities
Support and provision POTS, LNP, toll-free, and long-distance services
Manage the service delivery cycle, ensuring adherence to deadlines and successful service activation
Act as the first-level escalation point for issues, coordinating with internal and external contacts to resolve them
