A company is looking for a Manager of Advisor Succession and Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of consultants for transition strategies and initiatives
Develop and implement succession and acquisition planning programs aligned with organizational objectives
Guide financial advisors through succession and acquisition planning scenarios to ensure seamless transitions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or designation preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, focusing on succession planning or mergers and acquisitions
At least 3 years of experience in coaching and leading teams
In-depth knowledge of succession planning, practice mergers, and acquisition best practices
Ability to analyze trends in advisor succession and acquisition planning to inform strategies
