ServiceNow ITSM Specialist
A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join their team on a fully remote basis.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and administer ServiceNow, including platform configuration, updates, and technical issue resolution
Develop custom workflows, scripting, portal design, and system integrations within ServiceNow
Manage user roles, permissions, and access control in accordance with security policies and organizational standards
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical field
3+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role
Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundation Certification
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, with working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS
Experience in an Agile environment, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps
