Manager, Employee Relations
A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct complex and sensitive workplace investigations, determining strategies and resolving findings
Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute investigations and influence decisions
Manage performance issues, accommodations, and provide crisis management support
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources experience, with 5 years in Employee Relations
Experience leading complex employee investigations and consultations
Advanced understanding of employment laws and HR-related regulations
High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Juris Doctorate preferred
