Strategic Account Representative
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Representative to provide exceptional service to its largest customers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform account maintenance calls and execute contract business cases and account plans
Drive customer satisfaction by meeting service level, financial objectives, and quality standards
Educate key personnel at customer locations and support customer onboarding and product introductions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in client/customer management
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in preparing, managing, and presenting customer reporting
HS Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or JDE is a plus
