Senior Client Operations Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior Client Operations Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the client's lifecycle, including onboarding, configurations, and ongoing technical management
Resolve client issues from initial response to resolution while functioning as Tier 1 engineering support
Document client-related information and engage with internal teams to strategize client solutions and advocate for client success
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing technical roles, such as Technical Client/Customer Success or Sales Engineering
Experience in a SaaS company or with cloud architectures
Proficiency in API data flows and technical issue investigation
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Experience with monitoring tools, such as Datadog, and familiarity with Snowflake or similar tools
