Manager of Continuous Improvement
A company is looking for a Manager of Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Continuous Improvement Associates, establishing clear expectations for initiatives
Create policies and protocols that ensure a high-quality experience for contacts and counselors
Collaborate with department leaders to maintain consistent standards and evaluate the effectiveness of resources
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Public Health or a related field
Proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce, with relevant experience in content management and ticketing processes
At least 2 years of experience writing policies and protocols for crisis intervention
Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings, particularly with diverse populations
Experience leading and developing teams, with strong planning and problem-solving skills
