Manager of Employee Communications
A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Content and Channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and distribute content across various digital platforms
Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to adapt materials for digital distribution
Use analytics tools to measure content performance and provide insights for improvement
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in employee communications or digital content management
Preferred Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, information systems, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in employee communications or digital content management
Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
