Hospital Accounts Receivable Specialist
A company is looking for a Hospital Account Receivable Specialist to manage claim resolutions and denials in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Follow up with payers to resolve claim issues and ensure timely reimbursement Conduct root cause analysis of hospital claim denials and implement process improvements Track and trend claim denials to identify initiatives for improvement in payer processes Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in denial management Proficiency in Excel and experience with Payer Portals and Claims Clearinghouses Knowledge of state/federal billing guidelines and reimbursement methodologies Experience in drafting and submitting technical appeals
