Supply Chain Application Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Supply Chain Application Support Analyst (US, Remote). Key Responsibilities Understand end-to-end process flows on products within asset management and supply chain environments Support resolution of integration issues with the Oracle Fusion platform and create SQL queries for troubleshooting Identify opportunities for system improvements and ensure issues are resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with warehouse management, inventory, and planning systems Familiarity with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and end-to-end processes 3+ years of experience in data modeling with hands-on SQL experience Experience operating with SLAs in a client-facing role in a production environment
