Key Responsibilities Manage a collaborative, customer-facing team, leading hiring and identifying paths towards success Guide team strategy and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and balance in workload Partner with internal leaders to ensure a cohesive customer experience and assist with documenting team processes Required Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with SaaS system implementations Experience in the Talent Acquisition industry or strong understanding of HR technology Experience managing a customer-facing team Knowledge of recruiting tools or other ATS is a plus Ability to articulate unique talents and fit for the role
