A company is looking for a Manufacturing Design Engineer who will manage and guide development activities within the manufacturing design group. Key Responsibilities Manage innovation and implement new processes for mass production readiness Engage with engineering and executive teams to build consensus and strategize product launches Drive issue resolution, risk management, and supplier integration to meet project timelines Required Qualifications B.S/M.S in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, or equivalent experience 4+ years of program management experience in product and process development Ability to lead concept and proof of concept work with minimal supervision Experience with multidisciplinary groups and bringing new products to market Familiarity with design controls: Proto, EVT, DVT & PVT
