Key Responsibilities
Perform secretarial, operational, and supervisory support functions related to marketing activities
Coordinate office services, including managing calendars, records, and special management issues
Prepare paperwork and statistical records, and assist in project follow-ups via phone and email
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and data analysis
Familiarity with CRM software and basic design tools like Canva is a plus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
