Strategy and Operations Manager
A company is looking for a C&S Strategy and Operations Capability Manager, responsible for enhancing digital technology solutions for membership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate IT requests based on strategic and regulatory priorities to identify business needs and translate them into specific requirements
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to document and validate business needs, securing capital funding and addressing process issues
Research and analyze data and business processes to support solution development and capability improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of analytical or technical experience
Familiarity with Cost/Benefit Analysis and Capital Business Processes
Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience building trust and forming effective relationships with stakeholders
