Registered Financial Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional to provide support in a remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts
Educate customers on plan updates and changes without making cold calls or sales
Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customers
Required Qualifications
Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours
Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
