Key Responsibilities
Track, measure, and report on key marketing KPIs to improve marketing performance
Develop attribution models to assess the impact of different marketing channels
Maintain data hygiene in CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve lead quality
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing operations in a SaaS company
Experience with marketing metrics, attribution models, and data analysis
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Google Analytics
Ability to manage large datasets and improve lead management processes
Experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis is preferred
