Key Responsibilities Conduct regular quality audits of work submitted by Digital Reporter ICs, delivering structured and actionable feedback Manage contractor leveling and performance tracking, including promotions and demotions Own and execute training programs across onboarding and continued education, including 1:1 coaching and support Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in training, quality assurance, operations, or marketplace management Strong comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); SQL proficiency is a plus Experience developing training resources or support documentation Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions and track performance metrics Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
