MarTech Lifecycle Specialist
A company is looking for a MarTech Lifecycle Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement definition and project documentation for customer engagement and automation strategies
Utilize customer engagement platforms to build automations, campaigns, and audience journeys
Monitor KPIs and develop plans to achieve targets while providing insights to business partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing or a similar role, preferably in B2C
Experience with building Email, SMS, and In-Browser messages in platforms like Braze
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and real-time data for triggering automations
Experience in HTML/CSS coding for email templates and campaigns
