Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end estimating process, including deadlines and estimating packages Prepare accurate project cost estimates by comprehending contract documents and taking off material quantities Assemble scoped RFPs for vendors and subcontractors, analyze proposals, and present completed estimating packages to management Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant mechanical estimating experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Fast Pipe and Fast Duct preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Experience in providing and receiving constructive feedback Strong organizational skills and efficiency in work processes
