Key Responsibilities Complete outbound calls to providers' offices on behalf of patients Verify medical necessity criteria and coverage guidelines for prior authorization with insurance payers Prepare and submit prior authorization requests for medications, procedures, and services to insurance companies Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of 1 year recent experience with medical benefits and prior authorizations High School Diploma or equivalent Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors Call center experience is a plus but not required
