A company is looking for a Manager of Project Management. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of clinical trial projects and assign responsibilities to Project Managers Serve as an escalation point for management issues related to clinical trials and ensure compliance with laboratory policies Supervise, coach, and develop Project Managers and other staff while analyzing operational data and providing departmental updates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related clinical or laboratory experience, or equivalent education and experience Minimum of three years of central laboratory experience is strongly preferred Previous management or leadership experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database software PMP certification and certification as an ASCP Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician are preferred
