Key Responsibilities Train staff and perform quality assurance activities for the eligibility processing of vital record applications Coordinate and monitor the processing of customer requests and manage filing systems Review and evaluate complex eligibility issues and propose policy changes related to vital records Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school education or equivalent One year of experience in administrative support activities at the 7-level or higher in state service Completion of two years of college may substitute for the experience requirement at the 7-level Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience requirements at the 8-level or E9-level Experience as a technician or paraprofessional may be considered for entry-level positions
