A company is looking for a Military Resource Center Advisor to provide guidance and support to military service members, veterans, and their dependents in navigating educational resources. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to military-affiliated students through virtual outreach and advising Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate information is available in the Virtual Resource Center Maintain effective communication and resolve student issues while tracking interactions and progress Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or social work 3 or more years of experience working with military and veteran students Understanding of military culture and knowledge of applicable military and veteran benefits Experience with MS operating systems and CRM systems Equivalent combination of training and experience may substitute for education requirements
