Organizational Effectiveness Manager
A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Manager. Key Responsibilities: Execute organizational effectiveness strategies around knowledge transfer for onboarding new staff Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Learning for Performance plans and address knowledge transfer gaps Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding initiative needs, deliverables, and risks Required Qualifications: 5+ years of learning and/or talent management experience Strong technical acumen and understanding of SAFe and Agile methodologies Demonstrated program management skills Ability to navigate a dynamic environment and handle changing priorities Experience in developing actionable plans for organizational change
