A company is looking for a Mortgage Closing Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling closing requests while managing the closing calendar Verifying the accuracy and compliance of closing requests with regulatory and lender requirements Acting as a liaison among processors, loan officers, and third-party originators to ensure all parties are informed Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably with reverse mortgage experience Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in relevant software such as Encompass, Quantum Reverse, and Excel Ability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM PST Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to mortgage closings
