Key Responsibilities Manage an active pipeline of loan applications to maximize loan closings and maintain margin goals Gather loan application data and build consumer relationships to assist in making informed loan decisions Partner with consumers, Realtors, and other teams to build referral relationships and resolve issues Required Qualifications and Education Preferred specialized mortgage lending courses Two years of mortgage origination or loan operations experience preferred Customer service-oriented with strong sales skills Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS and meet Federal and State S.A.F.E.
