A company is looking for a Non-QM East Coast Mortgage Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for the Account Manager Department and manage team members Monitor loan pipelines to ensure compliance and timely movement from submission to funding Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and broker experience Required Qualifications 5+ years of mortgage operations experience, preferably in wholesale lending and Non-QM loans Proven track record of managing Account Manager Departments in high-volume environments Strong understanding of Non-QM loan products and mortgage compliance regulations Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) such as Encompass or LendingQB Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and other regulatory compliance standards
