Key Responsibilities Review and verify loan documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements and investor guidelines Coordinate with various parties to facilitate smooth loan closings and maintain an organized pipeline Prepare and ensure accuracy of closing documents and manage communication throughout the closing process Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 2+ years of residential mortgage loan closing experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage loan guidelines preferred Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as Truth-in-Lending, HMDA, and RESPA preferred Ability to work in a paperless system environment
