Mortgage Quality Control Analyst
A company is looking for a QC Analyst. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-closing and post-closing loan audits to assess compliance with agency and investor guidelines Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and external policies Identify and document loan defects, trends, and potential risks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 2-5 years of experience in mortgage lending or quality control Familiarity with Encompass loan origination system (LOS) and automated underwriting systems (AUS) Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines Strong understanding of compliance regulations (TRID, RESPA, ECOA, etc.)
