A company is looking for a National Broker Sales Trainer responsible for developing and delivering training programs for brokers. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-impact training sessions for the national broker audience Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and broker performance Create scalable learning content, including presentations and independent learning resources Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably supporting Medicare Advantage 5-10 years of experience in a sales position is preferred Previous training experience preferred Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and spreadsheet skills required Learning management system skills preferred
