Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop relationships to achieve customer success goals with key stakeholders
Coach and manage a team to drive customer adoption and usage of products aligned with success plans
Oversee program planning and delivery to ensure ongoing customer success and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
6+ years (Bachelor's) or 4+ years (Master's) of experience in customer success or related fields
12+ years (Bachelor's) or 10+ years (Master's) of experience preferred
5+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry
3+ years of people management experience
