Bilingual Customer Success Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Chinese and English) to provide support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support as a trusted advisor for customers via various communication channels
Assist and onboard new customers while developing digital marketing strategies
Ensure smooth customer engagement through proactive outreach and best practices
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Chinese and English (C1/Advanced level, both)
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer success-related roles
Strong digital marketing knowledge
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing
Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms
