Key Responsibilities: Act as a technical interface to clients for Datacenter and Cloud services Design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain customer environments Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance Required Qualifications: 7-9 years of prior IT experience, preferably with a service provider Experience managing and implementing virtualization technologies (vSphere, Hyper-V) Working knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/ISIS/EIGRP) Experience with various firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto, FortiGate) Basic Linux administration experience
