Network Customer Service Specialist
A company is looking for a Network Customer Service Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain provider data for network providers to support claim provider selection
Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of provider information for reimbursement and directory listings
Conduct outreach for verification of provider information and document changes in multiple databases
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred
0-2 years of experience in healthcare data management or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and provider types
Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
