Network Maintenance Engineer

A company is looking for a Network Maintenance Engineer who will manage and coordinate network maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and manage network maintenance activities, assess customer impact, and issue notifications Evaluate change impacts and risks in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders Act as a liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on changes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or at least nine years of directly related experience required Minimum of five years of experience in change management or network operations in the telecom industry Experience with ITIL frameworks and familiarity with telecom network technologies Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as trouble ticketing and circuit inventory software Understanding of fiber optic network equipment and NOC operations
