Network Maintenance Engineer
A company is looking for a Network Maintenance Engineer who will manage and coordinate network maintenance activities to minimize service disruptions. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and manage network maintenance activities, assessing customer impact and issuing notifications Evaluate the impact and urgency of changes, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective change management Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Bachelor's degree or two-year college degree with relevant experience; or at least nine years of related experience Minimum of five years of experience in change management or network operations in the telecom industry Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and telecom network technologies Knowledge of fiber optic network equipment and architectures Proficiency in change management tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
