Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire lifecycle of executive recruitment, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract diverse executive-level candidates
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in leading senior-level executive searches, particularly in the healthcare industry
Proven track record as a trusted talent advisor to senior executives
Experience with executive recruiting tools and processes
Familiarity with modern ATS and CRM systems
