Key Responsibilities
Develop expertise in Disputes processes, rules, and databases, managing day-to-day production and client support
Assist in creating content for Dispute overview sessions and the Dispute Rules Manual
Deliver training and communications related to Disputes for various operational teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Payments
4+ years of experience in Payments, Customer Service, or Management
Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
