Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales operations, including account management and customer engagement
Ensure compliance of quotes, contracts, and documentation with revenue and company policies
Audit opportunities for sales forecasting and provide support within Salesforce and Microsoft D365 ERP System
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or economics, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in sales operations
Experience with database and ERP systems; Salesforce preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
