New Jersey Associate Program Manager
A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager to oversee day-to-day activities of a team on a multifamily energy efficiency program. Key Responsibilities Support the Program Manager in delivering large-budget energy efficiency programs according to contract terms and budgets Organize and track program deliverables for timely submission and monitor the energy efficiency project pipeline Coordinate with subcontractors and community groups while managing expectations and resolving issues efficiently Required Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred At least 5 years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field Experience in contract development and negotiation Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools New Jersey residency required
