A company is looking for a Multifamily Outreach Manager to support the implementation of residential multifamily energy efficiency programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage partnerships with multifamily property managers, owners, and stakeholders Generate leads for the multifamily program and execute outreach and collaboration plans Monitor program participation and lead meetings with internal teams and utility clients Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in energy-efficiency outreach or sales Previous management experience leading outreach professionals Proven success in engaging multifamily property owners and service providers Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; New Jersey residency required
