Key Responsibilities Oversee finance activities, including the Annual Operating Plan and financial analysis Identify medical cost trends and lead medical cost improvement initiatives Perform financial impact analysis for new contracts and support negotiations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred 8+ years in a high-level finance role in the healthcare or insurance industry Previous management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management CPA preferred Specialty Pharmacy experience considered a bonus
