New Mexico Licensed RN Coordinator
A company is looking for a Quality Critical Incident Clinical Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Apply clinical judgment to Critical Incident Reports and process incoming incidents on the NM CIR Portal
Document pertinent data in the internal database and collaborate with the Quality of Clinical Care Team for investigations
Participate in team meetings to identify issues, trends, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree required
Current New Mexico RN License required
Three to five years of experience in the clinical nursing field required, with three years in quality improvement preferred
Knowledge of case management and care coordination concepts preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
