Key Responsibilities
Own and manage global Paid Search, Display, and Video programs across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Develop and implement advanced bidding, targeting, and keyword strategies to optimize cost and increase ROI
Conduct campaign setups, daily optimizations, A/B testing, and performance reporting
Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in SaaS, PLG, and eCommerce environments, with experience in B2B and B2C customer acquisition
Deep knowledge of Google and Microsoft Ads platforms, including performance forecasting and bid algorithms
Experience managing seven-figure paid media budgets
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization methodologies
Analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics and funnel KPIs
