A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant to provide administrative support for Mortgage Loan Originators. Key Responsibilities Perform administrative support functions for assigned Mortgage Loan Originator(s) until application submission Follow up with borrowers to collect required documentation and respond to inquiries regarding loan status Utilize marketing tools to assist in growing the Mortgage Loan Originator's book of business Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required Previous mortgage industry experience preferred Experience with qualifying buyers and explaining debt and income
