Non-Clinical Operations Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor Engagement Center Non Clinical Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises daily activities of unlicensed team members to ensure quality and productivity standards are met
Collaborates with quality and training departments to develop and implement necessary resources and training for team member success
Identifies opportunities for operational improvement and executes plans to support departmental and organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Business or equivalent experience
Typically requires 5 years of experience in a contact center, call center, or customer service environment
Experience in human resource responsibilities including coaching and performance reviews
Ability to collaborate with various internal and external partners
Understanding of organizational policies and regulatory requirements
