Key Responsibilities
Partner with the President of North America to manage the Global Services function
Collaborate with Services Sales to drive bookings, billings, revenue, and margin
Drive successful customer outcomes and enhance product adoption and renewal rates
Required Qualifications
Experience in enterprise software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
Experience in leading professional services teams for technical products
Experience in implementing and driving usage, adoption, and renewals
Mid-market/enterprise customer experience with executive-level communication skills
Proven success in a highly matrixed organization with strong relationship-building skills
