Key Responsibilities Lead transformational initiatives and oversee execution of decisions to enhance customer experience Direct business organizational readiness and execute process enhancements for effective operations Conduct industry research to benchmark improvements and provide insights for clinical market transformation Required Qualifications 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of Bachelor's) 7+ years of operations/clinical expertise (RN or BHC) and/or business process experience 5+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
