Key Responsibilities Manage Marketplace trend analytics work stream and oversee project workload distribution Mentor and coach staff while ensuring the accuracy and clarity of analyst work products Represent the Medical Economics department in cross-departmental meetings and manage quarterly trend presentations Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3 years of management or team leadership experience 10 years of work experience in medical economics or healthcare data environment Strong knowledge of SQL programming and advanced Excel functions Experience in creating data visualizations for leadership-level audiences
