North Carolina Licensed Pediatric Therapist
A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (NC License) to provide virtual mental health care to K-12 students.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to assigned students
Conduct initial mental health assessments, create treatment plans, and perform ongoing assessments of student progress
Collaborate with care management teams and participate in clinical team activities, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to guidelines
Required Qualifications
Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in NC and the state of residence
Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
Strong technological skills and experience with digital documentation
Bilingual skills in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or others are a strong plus
